Time out

Hi everyone, I have been out of action for two days with a cold. I was planning to take a blog break next week with the long weekend and a one week school holiday coming up, but have decided to start it now, since I am still not feeling great and have not touched my computer. Keep well!

Feelin' blue

I interpreted the feelin' blue challenge at Sunday Postcard Art as a colour challenge and not an emotional one, but looking at this now these giant asters do look a bit sad ;-)

The printed word

As much as I love the convenience of reading daily news online, there is nothing like taking the Saturday newspaper and reading it from front to back. Don't get me started on the old fashioned typewriter - I am going to get myself one of those one day and type on it everyday - love the sound and the smell of the ink ribbon!
