American Girl

I had lots of fun designing a faux magazine cover for my entry for the stars and stripes challenge at Take a Word this week, the girl is from a vintage gum advertisement and she was dressed in pink - I used a vintage flag to dress her up for the occasion. I've used this lovely antique background from the Graphics Fairy so many times, it is so beautiful with all the scrolls and flourishes - linking to Brag Monday and many thanks to my favourite fairy in the whole wide world. Happy fourth of July to all my friends in the US!

    WOW, WOW! What a great collage. I could certainly believe it was a vintage magazine cover. Her "wardrobe" is a work of art. Beautifully done. Thanks for sharing.
