The printed word

As much as I love the convenience of reading daily news online, there is nothing like taking the Saturday newspaper and reading it from front to back. Don't get me started on the old fashioned typewriter - I am going to get myself one of those one day and type on it everyday - love the sound and the smell of the ink ribbon! My entry for the printed word challenge at Three Muses.

Oh how I remember the strength required to get a P and a Q out of my little fingers on those old manual typewriters and the stained fingers from changing ribbons!

Tania, this illustrates what you have said about newspapers and typewriters so beautifully. Bravo my friend.
