Leopard spots and roses

When I saw the pink and brown challenge over at Theme Thursday, my first thought was hot chocolate and fluffy pink marshmallows- yum!!! I love the rich chocolate brown script of this card and I thought it pairs so well with the dusky pink roses - I decided on the leopard spots as a background for that touch of whimsy.

Bloggiversary

I am so excited to share with you that today marks a year since my first post! It's truly been a great year and even though it was really tough to keep it up sometimes, it was so worth it! I have made so many friends through blogging and still enjoy every minute of it! I am still in awe of the more than 43000 visits I have had during this year and so thankful for my 145 followers! Red hot chilli peppers

In case you didn't know . . . . the cayenne pepper - also known as the Guinea spice, Cow Horn Pepper, aleva or bird pepper or, especially in its powdered form, red pepper - is a hot, red chilli pepper used to flavour dishes and for medicinal purposes. Named for the city of Cayenne in French Guiana, it is a cultivar of Capsicum annuum related to bell peppers, jalapeños, and others. My entry for Three Muses hot hot hot challenge.

What can I say - I love pink and always enjoy a colour challenge, so the pink theme from Theme Thursday was pure joy!
