A little bit of fashion fun on this Friday - I can't help but wonder what ladies from the 18th century would have said, if they had the chance to critique 20th century fashion.

Dahlia hats

A little birdie thought these ladies needed some sprucing up, so now they have lovely floral hats with a bit of colour and pizzazz.

Coming down the stairs

They are probably on their way to church, and Dad took the opportunity to snap a picture of Mom and the girls in their best attire . . . .  some things never change :-) My entry for the stairs challenge at Three Muses.

Hats and Bonnets

During the 1820's wide-brimmed hats and hat-like bonnets with masses of feathers and ribbon trims were worn by fashionable ladies - my entry for the hats challenge over at Theme Thursday.
