Roaring Twenties

I really like the boyish look of the 1920's, although there was not a  lot of emphasis on body shape it had it's own kind of charm. The waistline if any, was located somewhere around the hips. The confining corset was discarded, replaced by a chemise or camisole and bloomers which was later shortened to panties or knickers and during the mid-twenties all-in-one lingerie became popular. My favourite - the short hairstyles such as the Bob cut, Eton Crop and the Marcel Wave became popular. Thanks for taking the time to visit - my entry for the 1920's challenge at Three Muses.

Love is in the air

Love is in the air everywhere I look around, love is in the air every sight and every sound, and I don't know if I'm being foolish, don't know if I'm being wise. But it's something that I must believe in, and it's there when I look in your eyes . . . . my entry for the whimsical, quirky, humorous challenge at Three Muses this week.
